Lauren began her dance training at the age of three in San Antonio, Texas. She is an alumna of Heather Stolle’s School of Dance, where she trained extensively and performed as a member of Echo Dance Company, the studio’s competitive team. During her time in high school, she continued developing her leadership and performance skills as a two-year officer on the dance team at Antonian College Preparatory High School.

At Oklahoma City University, Lauren has been actively involved both onstage and behind the scenes. Her performance credits include MOVE! and Holiday Spectacular, where she has been a featured dancer and line captain. In addition to performing, she has expanded her technical and leadership experience as a Light Board Operator for the Student Choreography Show and as Head Deck Crew for MOVE! 2026. In addition to developing her dance and management abilities, she is actively training in voice as a member of Sarah Jo’s Vocal Studio.

With a deep appreciation for collaboration and storytelling, Lauren strives to create impactful artistic experiences that connect with audiences and foster strong, supportive environments. She is passionate about both performing and managing, with the goal of pursuing a professional career in musical theatre and commercial dance alongside working as an arts manager, contributing to the industry from both creative and organizational perspectives.
